This application oriented page uses a fluid containers in order to make best use of the available window area. The body background is light grey providing a field upon which a number of panels can be placed. We used to call these panels widgets.
This example splits the page into a sidebar and main work area. As panels have a margin we end up with a double margin between the sidebar and the workspace. You can reverse this by placing a row element in the workspace - but then the right margin is your own responsibility.
This HTML test page uses plain HTML elements without any fancy styles from bootstrap. Its the sort of thing you might get sent from a content management system. So we need to check it all looks good.
The first heading should be aligned with the top 15px margin not further down as any usual heading would be.

The second heading should have a top margin as usual
Hiding the about box
When an application first starts the main workspace usually will show an about box. This should end with close and close forever buttons.
